This downloader lets you capture live cam sessions in real time, writing the incoming stream directly to an MP4 file on your local device so you maintain a permanent offline copy of broadcasts you were authorized to view.

Open any active xHamsterLive cam room in your browser while logged in to your account. The extension detects the live stream and adds a capture button to the toolbar popup. Click it, and the broadcast is recorded locally as it plays. The extension intercepts the stream data at the browser level and writes it to disk without re-encoding, preserving the original quality and keeping CPU usage low.

If a session runs for hours, the extension handles it gracefully. Automatic segment stitching assembles long recordings into a single continuous file, and a heartbeat monitor watches for stream interruptions. If the feed drops temporarily and resumes, the recorder picks up again without creating a separate file. You end up with one clean MP4 per session.

Every file is named automatically using the performer's handle and the session start time. This convention makes it simple to browse a large collection weeks or months later without trying to remember which file is which. Duplicate detection prevents you from accidentally re-recording a session you have already saved.

The entire process is local. No stream data is uploaded to external servers, no recording logs are transmitted, and no analytics are collected. The extension talks to xHamsterLive for stream access and to a license server for activation. That is the complete list of network destinations.
