Troubleshooting

• No media sources are detected on the page. Refresh the page, make sure the player has fully loaded, and try starting playback before opening the extension UI.

• Only one quality option is shown. The extension can only present what the source page exposes. Some videos may have only a single stream available.
• Downloads are not starting. Check your browser download settings and ensure the extension has the necessary permissions.
• The extension says I have used my trial downloads. You have 3 free downloads per device. After that, a paid license is required for unlimited use.
