Troubleshooting

• The extension does not detect any video Make sure the video is playing on the page. The extension needs an active stream to detect the media source.
• The download button is grayed out Try refreshing the page and starting the video playback again. Some pages may need a moment to load the stream.
• The download fails partway through Check your internet connection and try again. Large files may also be affected by browser download limits.
• I cannot see the extension icon The extension may not be pinned to your toolbar. Check your browser's extension menu and pin it for easy access.
