Troubleshooting

• The extension does not detect any video on the page Make sure the video is playing and the page is fully loaded. Try refreshing the page and starting playback again before opening the popup.
• The download fails or stops mid-way Check your internet connection and try again. Some larger files may take longer to process.
• The extension icon is grayed out on XXX Tube pages The extension may not be activated on that specific page type. Try navigating to a standard video page with the /videos/ route.
