Sexu Video Downloader

Sexu video pages often hide the actual media URL behind scripts, iframes, or player controls that only initialize after user interaction. Right-clicking and saving the page does not give you the video file, and digging through developer tools is slow and unreliable for most users.

This extension brings the download controls directly into your browser. It scans the active video page for media signals from video tags, metadata, embedded players, and common script patterns. Instead of copying URLs to an external tool, you can stay on the Sexu page and save detected media with a single click.

How it works

• Install the extension from the latest release.
• Open Sexu and go to a supported video page.
• Start playback so the extension can detect the media.
• Open the popup or use the on-page controls.
• Choose the quality option you want.
• Start the download and wait for the MP4 export to finish.
• Save the final file locally.

Supported formats

• Input: MP4 video files and HLS/M3U8 stream URLs exposed by the Sexu page, player markup, metadata, or embedded scripts
• Output: MP4
• Saved files use MP4 so they are easier to replay on standard media players, move between devices, or archive locally.

Troubleshooting

• No download button appears on the Sexu page. Make sure you have started playback on the video player and that the page has fully loaded.
• The scan returns no media candidates. The player may not have initialized completely, or the page uses an extraction pattern the generated adapter does not yet support.
• The download fails to start. Check your internet connection and verify that the media URL is still accessible from the Sexu server.
• Files are not saving to the expected folder. Your browser download settings may override the suggested folder. Check your browser's download history for the file location.
• The activation screen does not load. Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and third-party connections to auth.serp.co.
• The extension reports an update is available. Visit the latest GitHub release page and install the newest version manually.

Notes

• Only download content you own or have explicit permission to save
• An internet connection is required for downloads
• Some Sexu pages may require playback before media becomes detectable
• The extension is a generated candidate and may not work on every video page
