It looks for media candidates exposed by the player, metadata, or network requests, then presents them in a clean popup interface. You pick the format and quality you want, and the extension handles the download through your browser's native save mechanism. No external tools, no complex setup, just a straightforward save workflow.

How it works

• Install the extension from the latest release.
• Open Xozilla and go to a supported video page.
• Start playback so the extension can detect the media.
• Open the popup or use the on-page controls.
• Choose the quality option you want.
• Start the download and wait for the MP4 export to finish.
• Save the final file locally.

Supported formats

Troubleshooting

• No video detected Make sure the video player has loaded and playback has started. The extension needs the player to initialize before it can find media candidates.
• Download does not start Check your browser's download settings and make sure downloads are allowed. Some browsers block automatic downloads from extensions.
• Popup shows no options Refresh the Xozilla page and try again. If the issue persists, the video format may not be supported by the current extension build.
• File does not play after download Confirm the download completed fully. Try playing the file in a different media player to rule out codec issues.
• Extension not working after update Uninstall the extension and reinstall the latest version from the GitHub releases page. Clear your browser cache if problems continue.
