How it works

Supported formats

Troubleshooting

• No download options appear on the video page. Press play on the video first, as many players only expose the media URL after playback starts.
• The extension shows no detected formats at all. Refresh the page, press play again, and wait a few seconds for the player to fully load.
• Downloads keep failing partway through. Check your internet connection and make sure the browser has permission to save files. Try a different video to see if the issue is page-specific.
• The player button does not show up on certain pages. Some video layouts may use a different player container. Use the extension popup or right-click menu as an alternative method.
• I see multiple format options but do not know which to pick. Start with the highest resolution that has a clear quality label. You can always try a lower option if the file size is too large.
