Troubleshooting

• The extension does not detect any media on the video page Make sure the video is playing or has been started at least once. The extension needs the iframe layer to be active in order to detect the stream.
• The download starts but fails partway through Check your internet connection and try again. Large files may also be affected by temporary network interruptions.
• I cannot see the popup when I click the extension icon Verify that you are on a supported PornHits /video/// page. The extension only activates on pages that match this pattern.
• The quality options look limited or incorrect Not all videos offer multiple stream qualities. The extension shows whatever the page makes available through the iframe layer.
• My download completed but the file will not play Make sure you have a modern media player that supports MP4 files. If the issue persists, try downloading the video again.
