How it works

Troubleshooting

• The extension does not detect any media on the page. Make sure the video playback has started and the embedded iframe player is active. Some pages require you to click play before the media source becomes available.
• The download starts but stops before finishing. Check your internet connection and try again. Large files may take longer to capture, and an unstable connection can interrupt the process.
• The popup shows no options after clicking the icon. Refresh the PornBusy page and try again. The extension needs the page to be fully loaded with the iframe player visible.
